Esther Schramm

I support people and organizations in mindfully connecting to meaningful and effective ways of  collaboration.

Working in the Tech industry for the last 6 years as a scrum master/agile coach, people guide and organizational developer I have been thinking a lot about the challenges the digital transformations I have been part of and that I witnessed as a coach and consultant had and what could be helpful to adress some of the difficulties I was observing and experiencing.

With a background in conflict/mobbing management, mediation and hypnosystemic thinking I found mainly one thing missing:

Social collaboration agreements and processes to enable safe enough collaborative systems so people can focus on getting the work done.

I have started to develop a profound collaboration framework that also covers conflict and discrimination so everyone can be sure that fairness will not be subject of fortune and that will safe a lot of your financial resources.

I have actually seen no single collaboration framework that was integrating not only diversity practices but also structures and processes for blockers in collaboration. And no, obciously a Scrum or holocrazy framework will not be enough as evidence shows. And it is not even supposed to do so.

All of that is left to leadership that often has no clue about the collaboration domain from a professional perspective so employees could be lucky or not depending on individual skills and mindset. And that meant not only for me as a neurodivergent person but for too many colleagues harmful employee journeys that I would describe as unethical, unprofessional and expensive.

I believe that especially transformations need a robust framework for collaboration that cannot be violated by personal skills being there or not.

Lets design organizations that integrate structures and prozesses that support great products and services while respecting and integrating basic human rights and needs such as belonging, kindness, equity and fairness.

I do mainly 3 things:

  • Design and facilitate interaction formats such as workshops and frameworks for your organization
  • Help people survive in toxic environments
  • Educate on mindfulness, mindful communication and the nervoussystem for better conflict skills and mental health

You will benefit from my personal experience and skills as an AuDHD trauma survivor and trauma-sensitive professional.

Surviving in hostile environments in a way that allows to inspect and adapt and make sustainable decisions is my key skill and I am more than grateful to finally offer knowledge and tools for all those who feel trapped, broken, stressed, excluded and the like to step out of crisis, overwhelm and selfdoubt to reconnected to a sense of safety and strength.

So if you are a manager, agile coach or whatever part of working space you are mostly welcome to connect.

And stay tuned for the upcoming iteration of a conflict management frame which will be published under creative commons licence!

And in the meanwhile take a look at the Neuroinclusive Manifesto I developed from more than 10 years of work in the field of Neurodiversity:
